MK.TRADES Privacy Policy

MK.TRADES ("we", "us") provides a markets analytics application ("the App"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices. The App is an analytics and information tool; it does not execute trades and has no brokerage connectivity.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address, obtained when you sign in with Apple, Google, or email/password, used to create and manage your account.
• User ID — an account identifier we assign to operate your account and subscription.
• Device identifier — used to deliver push notifications and to secure your sessions.
• Subscription status — your plan and its status, to provide the paid features. Apple processes all payments; we do not receive or store your payment-card details.

How we use your data

We use this data only to operate the App: to authenticate you, provide and personalize your subscription, send service notifications, prevent fraud, ensure security, and provide support. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the App — Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store payments) and Google (Google Sign-In) for authentication, and our own hosting on api.mkterminal.xyz — and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Retention & deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the contact below; we will delete it except where retention is required by law.

Children

The App is not directed to children and is rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
